Weemart Terms of Use

Welcome to Weemart. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weemart website, any related mobile applications, and all content, features, and services offered through them (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of the Service

Weemart is an affiliate marketing and content website. We publish product information, reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and related content. We may earn commissions when visitors click links to third-party retailers (including Amazon and AliExpress) and make purchases on those retailers’ websites.

Important: Weemart does not sell products directly, process payments, handle shipping, manage returns, provide product warranties, or offer customer support for products sold by third-party retailers. All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer and are subject to that retailer’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Affiliate Relationships and Disclosures

Weemart participates in affiliate advertising programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and similar programs offered by AliExpress and other retailers.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click certain links on our Services and make a purchase on a third-party site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

We strive to provide honest and useful content. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions or recommendations, but they do create a material connection that we disclose in accordance with applicable laws (including FTC guidelines) and the requirements of the affiliate programs we participate in.

Clear affiliate disclosures appear on pages that contain affiliate links. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party retailer before making a purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Defects will be corrected.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
